Felicia Britt, FNP-C, is a Robeson County native and lifelong resident who is proud to serve the community she calls home. Before beginning her career in healthcare, Felicia worked in law enforcement, where she made history as the first Native American female detective with the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.

Her passion for caring for others began at an early age while watching her mother care for family members and work in the medical field. As a teenager, Felicia volunteered as a candy striper, confirming that nursing was the career she was meant to pursue.

She returned to school in 1998 and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) in 2002, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2013 and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2020. Throughout her nursing career, Felicia has gained experience in medical-surgical nursing, labor and delivery, telemetry, geriatrics and oncology, giving her a broad clinical background and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

As a local resident of St. Pauls, Felicia is dedicated to helping individuals and families throughout Robeson County achieve better health through personalized, compassionate care.
